UPDATE!!!

Well it seems as if it has been close to a year since I last updated the blog. A lot has changed since the last posting. We have moved to Bullitt County, Kentucky in a small Kentucky town called Mount Washington. Ya know, it's nice to have flag lined streets where when a function is going on at the local schools the neighborhoods are empty. Please let me catch you up on currrent events.

We moved last November on Black Friday to be exact. The house is everything we dreamed and has been a work in progress. For mothers day this past May the girls and I made Jamie a "raised" garden bed and have attempted to raise our first garden.

The girls love their new school and did excellent as usual and of course have managed to find every child in the neighborhood. Taylor has decided to hang her soccer cleats up for the time being and Brooke is still playing.

Jamie is doing great and still the love of my life. She has done an outstanding job at making our new house a home for all of us.

We spent our summer vacation this summer with our New England friends in Connecticut where Jacob and Ivory tied the knot on the sands of the Long Island sound with sail boats in the background. It was a great week of festivities and bonding and we can't wait for our them to visit us in Kentucky.
